October: Fall is here at last!

Art walk is Saturday the 11th. HOA will have a booth set up at the new interactive art exhibit at 23rd and Market St. Come by for some cupping and ear acupuncture if you are around!

Saturday the 18th the clinic will be closed, resuming regular hours Tuesday the 21st.

The meditation workshops have been a happy success, we will continue to offer them about every month, so keep an eye out for the next one.

Spring is Here!

It’s that time of year for Spring cleaning and for planting healthy seeds for the new year. It’s a good time to set 3 intentions/goals for the year. Write them down and revisit them throughout the year.
